Ask three observers to rate a presentation and you get three opinions. Ask them again next month and you get three different ones. Computer vision and audio analysis make behavioral skills measurable: gaze and posture, gesture range, speaking pace, filler-word frequency, pause discipline, vocal energy — extracted consistently from video, every time, for every person.
What We Measure
- Presentation skills: Eye contact, body orientation, gesture usage, slide dependence, pacing.
- Speech quality: Pace, filler words, pauses, monotony versus vocal variety, clarity.
- Communication behavior: Turn-taking, interruption patterns and listening signals in recorded role-plays and meetings.
- Practice loops: Trainees record, get structured feedback in minutes, and re-record — deliberate practice at scale, no scheduling required.
Designed Ethically
This is a development tool, not surveillance. Analysis runs on consented recordings in defined training contexts; participants see their own results first; data handling follows KVKK/GDPR principles. Scores feed personal growth plans through our AI assessment layer, and aggregate anonymized trends can inform L&D via dashboards.
